Full Private Facility Rental: $200
Party Time Options:
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Deposits & Cancellations
$35 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date and time. Deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the party. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Decorations & Party Rules

Families may decorate, but decorations must not damage walls, murals, paint, or furniture

No glitter, confetti, or silly string

No open flames except birthday candles

Piñatas are allowed if held by an adult (cannot be attached to ceiling, beams, or lights)

Food and drinks are not allowed in the jungle room on the padded flooring

Toys should not be taken into the jungle room for safety reasons

Children must stay in designated areas and follow posted safety rules

Vibrant Minds is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe play or failure to follow rules

Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions
What is the recommended age for birthday parties at Vibrant Minds?
Our party space is best suited for children ages 0–5. However, siblings, cousins, and friends of all ages are welcome to attend, and most children up to age 12 can still find activities they enjoy.
How many guests can we invite to the celebration?
We recommend around 15 children plus adults for a comfortable party experience. The space can hold more, but this number allows plenty of room for kids to play safely.
Is the party private or will other families be there?
All birthday party rentals are fully private, meaning your family has the entire space to yourselves during your reserved time.
Can families bring their own food, drinks, and cake?
Absolutely! Families are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, cake, and snacks. We also have a full-size refrigerator and freezer available for your use during the party.
Do we have to clean up after the party?
We only ask that you:

Throw away food and trash

Tie trash bags and place them by the back door
We handle the rest of the cleaning, including tables and toys.
What happens if we need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your party, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date.
If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
No, families provide their own decorations and party supplies. We do keep basic non-themed plates and plasticware available if needed, and a knife is available for cutting cake.
Do you provide decorations or party supplies?
Can we arrive early to set up decorations?
Possibly. Early setup is not guaranteed and depends on whether the time slot before your party is booked. You may contact us the day of the party to check availability.
How do we reserve a date?
Click the Book Your Party button on this page. You will be directed to our registration system. If your requested date and time are available, you can reserve it there. If it does not appear, that time slot is already booked.
